Career Gecko was established by myself with the support of my sister after numerous years working in a family run logistics company. During this time the business grew rapidly with a great need for extra staff, as the HR manager responsible for hiring it was quickly discovered that finding suitable candidates was a great challenge when agencies were used. The sector requires a unique knowledge of the industry in order to understand exactly what is required, which despite agencies time and best efforts is not always easy to explain, this lead to proposed candidates that did not always have these specific skills required.
Career Gecko was born and designed to fill this void and much more. Our team of staff are not employed based on their sales success and target driven history but on their expertise of working within the logistics industry. At Career Gecko all of our team have first-hand knowledge of what to look for when hiring, leaving the hard work to us so that you are able to focus on the growth and success of your own company.
